Hi! I’m Gisela. I am here to help you find your most optimal health through Mindful and Intuitive Eating. Through small group counseling, virtual workshops, and corporate wellness programs, we can find simple ways to help you make healthy interventions that are adaptable to you and your lifestyle. If you’ve ever tried diets that simply don’t work for you or just want to learn more about nutrition and learn to love food again, then one of my programs is the answer for you. By working with me, you’ll learn how to take care of yourself again and create a positive and nurturing relationship with food.
